We provide land survey consultation, site plan drawing, and house design consultation services. Each service is described in detail on its respective service page, including scope, deliverables, and typical turnaround time.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering, processed securely through Stripe. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
Our consultations and drawings are provided as a professional opinion based on the information and public records available at the time of the order. They do not replace a full legal survey, official land registry check, or building permit application where one is required. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCI DU VAL FOURRÉ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
